Manomasa - The destruction of mind

Manonasa is a requeriment for enlightenment. It means the destruction of the mind.

What is the mind? A bundle of thoughts held together by ignorance.

How to destroy the mind? By seeing mind as unreal, the result is no-mind

How does manonasa feel like? I'll share my experience:

It feels like a heavy cloud of ignorance that was blocking the view of Reality is removed... As if you are finally seeing the sun after years of blindness. It is as if you are being born again. The proccess is very destructive and traumatizing and It felt like hell for some days. But all is cool now... I'm freed from suffering and the spiritual search has ended; I'm back to the old new life.

Overall manonasa is more akin to a rebirth. We come to this world being subject to all kinds of bullshit and brainwashing that causes lots of suffering. Seeing no way out of this maze, some people may drown themselves in addictions and worried... But there's the wiser option of doing contemplations until the enlightenment event falls over you, thus cleaning your head out of all conditioning.
